Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and management reports.
- Analyze variances against budgets/forecasts and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Support the annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning processes.
- Develop financial models to evaluate new business opportunities and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for regional executive management.
- Maintain data integrity and improve existing financial reporting processes and systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
