Cryocord Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Executive – Group Human Resources to lead our comprehensive HR operations in Cyberjaya. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of the entire employee lifecycle, driving organizational excellence through innovative HR practices. You will spearhead end-to-end recruitment initiatives, ensuring we attract top-tier talent aligned with our business objectives. The position demands meticulous management of payroll systems, compliance with Malaysian labor regulations, and HRDC levy administration. You'll design and implement competitive benefits packages while fostering a culture of engagement through targeted initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll develop HR policies, analyze workforce metrics, and mentor HR staff to deliver exceptional service. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Manage payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
- Oversee HRDC levy claims and compliance with Malaysian labor laws
- Design and administer employee benefits programs and compensation structures
- Develop and implement strategic HR policies aligned with business goals
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Manage HRIS systems and generate data-driven HR analytics
- Lead HR team development and performance management processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 5-7 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HRDC regulations
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and payroll management
- Strong strategic planning and organizational development skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Certified HR Professional (CPHR or SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
