Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of incoming calls and emails regarding motor insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with the end-to-end claims process, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Resolve technical queries related to our digital portals and online account management tools.
- Maintain precise records of all customer interactions and policy changes within the CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and technical support, to resolve escalated issues.
- Adhere to company service standards and KPIs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product training sessions for new joiners or update existing staff on policy changes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in any discipline is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a call centre, helpdesk, or customer service environment is an asset.
- Proficient in using computer applications and navigating CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
