Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes
  • Oversee employee relations matters, performance management systems, and staff development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws, maintain HR policies, and handle payroll administration
  • Coordinate office operations including facility management, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Develop and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Manage administrative systems for data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support organizational events, meetings, and community engagement activities

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of combined HR and administrative experience
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP) is advantageous
