Venture Corporation is looking for an Executive, HR (FWM & L&D) to join our dynamic team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this permanent role, you will report directly to the Senior Executive, HR and be responsible for overseeing Fixed Workforce Management (FWM) and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives across the organization.
You will play a pivotal part in aligning our human resources strategy with business objectives, ensuring our workforce remains skilled, engaged, and compliant with Malaysian labour regulations. Your scope will include designing and implementing training programs, managing employee relations, and driving continuous improvement in HR processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage endâtoâend fixed workforce planning, scheduling, and performance tracking to meet operational demands.
- Design, develop, and deliver learning and development programs that enhance employee competency and career growth.
- Partner with line managers to identify training needs and create targeted skillâgap analyses.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysiaâs Employment Act, labour ordinances, and internal policies.
- Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports on workforce metrics and L&D ROI.
- Support the senior HR team in strategic projects, policy updates, and changeâmanagement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on workforce management and L&D.
- Inâdepth knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training curricula and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using HRIS or HRMS platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholderâmanagement skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI) is an advantage.
