In this critical role, you will work closely with the Senior Executive, HR, to manage the complexities of human resource insourcing, employee relations, and industrial relations (ER/IR). This is a permanent, full-time position that offers deep exposure to organizational policy enforcement, internal mobility strategies, and the day-to-day management of employee engagement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the administration and execution of internal HR insourcing programs and initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Employee Relations (ER) inquiries, providing timely and professional resolutions.
  • Support Industrial Relations (IR) activities, ensuring strict adherence to the Employment Act and internal company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation related to disciplinary actions, grievances, and counseling sessions.
  • Coordinate with department leads to ensure smooth integration of insourced personnel and workforce management.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR documentation to ensure full regulatory and audit compliance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on employee relations trends and metrics for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or ER/IR focused role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and industrial relations practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with high levels of integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
