In this pivotal role, you will support our payroll department by ensuring accurate processing, meticulous record maintenance, and full compliance with statutory regulations. You will be entrusted with the confidential handling of sensitive payroll data and will produce essential reporting to support business decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and personnel files.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian labor laws and tax regulations.
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management review.
- Handle confidential payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department for accurate bank reconciliation.
- Update and manage payroll system data efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll administration.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or local HRIS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of EPF, SOCSO, and EIS regulations is highly desirable.
