Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment, from job profiling and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee records, maintain accurate HR databases, and ensure data confidentiality.
- Support the payroll process and assist with benefits administration and leave management.
- Organize company events, team building activities, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive culture.
- Handle employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and general HR information professionally.
- Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate training programs for staff.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s Employment Act and internal HR policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR Executive or Assistant role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and Singapore’s employment landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality.
