As an HR Executive, you will handle the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment support and compliance documentation to the management of HR information systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end employee documentation, including 201 files, contracts, and internal HR records.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding logistics.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and internal audit standards.
- Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and company-wide internal communication.
- Assist in the administration of compensation, benefits, and performance management cycles.
- Provide prompt support to employees and managers regarding HR policies and workplace inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Strong working knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity and discretion.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
