Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Tableau to visualize key healthcare metrics and trends.
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and insights that can inform strategic planning and operational improvements in healthcare.
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Provide technical support and training on informatics tools and data best practices to internal teams.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new data collection systems and data governance policies.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare data standards and regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for data models, reports, and informatics processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an IT, Informatics, or Data Analysis role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Demonstrated experience with IT automation scripts and data processing techniques.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data, systems, and common terminologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
