Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence? BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd, a leader in Malaysia's pharmacy retail sector, is seeking a motivated Inventory & Compliance Executive to join our dynamic team in the Klang Valley.
In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain integrity. You will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory levels remain optimal while adhering strictly to regulatory compliance standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline stock management processes, conduct regular audits, and uphold the highest standards of pharmaceutical retail operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels across designated outlets to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and government health regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage replenishment cycles and minimize stock-out incidents.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory reports and analysis for management review to support data-driven decision-making.
- Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions to prevent future losses.
- Maintain accurate records of all pharmaceutical products in compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines.
- Collaborate with store managers to improve inventory turnover and operational efficiency at the retail level.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, retail operations, or compliance management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/POS inventory systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across various locations within the Klang Valley.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the healthcare or retail pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
