- Collaborate with department heads to define relevant KPIs and success metrics

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in KPI analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
- Strong background in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain analytics
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights
- Experience implementing performance improvement frameworks in operational environments
