Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and competency gap assessments across different departments.
- Facilitate and deliver training workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules to enhance staff skills.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants to ensure cost-effective and high-quality training solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post-training surveys, assessments, and feedback analysis.
- Collaborate with department heads to create individual development plans and support succession planning initiatives.
- Curate learning resources and maintain an effective Learning Management System (LMS).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or Organizational Development.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum design methodologies.
- Proficiency in using HRIS, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for the social service sector and a commitment to continuous learning.
