Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates.
- Identify, source, and secure high-quality retail tenants for key retail spaces within the mall.
- Manage the end-to-end leasing process, from lead generation and site visits to contract negotiation and execution.
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing tenants to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and present compelling leasing proposals, floor plans, and financial models to potential tenants.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including marketing and property management, to support tenant activities and mall events.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in leasing, retail management, or property management.
- Strong understanding of the Kuala Lumpur retail market, leasing cycles, and tenant mix strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
