As an Executive – MAM Finance in Indonesia, you will play a pivotal part in the financial management of our Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) division across the region. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for the MAM division.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis, tracking performance against budget and forecast, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Drive the annual budgeting and multi‑year forecasting cycles, aligning financial resources with strategic priorities.
- Partner with business heads to develop robust business cases, evaluate investment proposals, and assess risk‑adjusted returns.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations, tax requirements, and group accounting policies.
- Improve financial processes and systems, leveraging automation and data analytics to enhance reporting speed and accuracy.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly regarded.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within asset management, banking, or a multinational corporation.
- Proven ability to produce high‑quality financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in a fast‑paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience in leading or mentoring teams and driving process improvement initiatives.
