Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, annual budgets, and long-term financial forecasting.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and actionable insights to support executive decision-making.
- Manage external audit processes, banking relationships, and regulatory financial filings.
- Optimize financial systems and internal controls to mitigate operational risk and prevent fraud.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team to ensure departmental excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Professional accounting designation (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably within the tourism or hospitality sector.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems, financial modeling, and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian taxation laws, SST, and corporate reporting requirements.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
