Join PERSOL's dynamic finance team as an Executive Officer specializing in Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end monthly and year-end accounting closing processes
- Perform detailed account reconciliations across all ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with departments to gather financial data and operational insights
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CA) preferred
- 3+ years of accounting and FP&A experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Singapore accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
