Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to contribute your expertise to a dynamic team? PERSOL is currently seeking an Executive Officer specializing in Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for a high-impact 6-month contract engagement based in Kallang.
In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making through rigorous data analysis and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to sharpen their skills in a professional corporate environment. You will be working a standard, stable schedule of 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support the FP&A team in budget forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Execute day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain compliance with internal financial policies and statutory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to commit for the full 6-month contract duration.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
