Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations planning or a similar executive role within the healthcare or public sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.
