Tanggung Jawab
- Review and evaluate tenant fit-out designs to ensure strict compliance with CapitaLand Tenancy Design Guidelines.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external tenants/contractors during the design submission and approval process.
- Monitor and track the progress of tenancy coordination works, ensuring all milestones are met within the agreed timelines.
- Conduct site inspections to verify that construction and installations adhere to the approved design plans.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all tenancy-related design submissions and correspondences.
- Provide operational support to the mall management team to resolve design-related disputes or non-compliance issues.
- Assist in enhancing mall operational efficiency through proactive design coordination strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail mall operations, tenancy coordination, or architectural project management.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, M&E plans, and technical specifications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with tenants, consultants, and contractors.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
