- Oversee daily operations of wellness centers, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with clinical, marketing, and administrative teams to deliver integrated wellness solutions
- Analyze operational metrics and implement data-driven improvements for service delivery
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for wellness program components
- Lead operational budgeting and resource allocation for wellness initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in patient care processes and operational workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in healthcare or wellness sector
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and operational best practices
- Proven experience in process optimization and quality improvement initiatives
