Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor organizational development strategies that align with company goals.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback loops.
- Identify training and development needs across departments and coordinate relevant workshops or programs.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance and efficiency.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and translate insights into actionable improvement initiatives.
- Support succession planning and talent mapping exercises to build a robust internal leadership pipeline.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve organizational structure challenges and optimize team workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development roles.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies, performance management systems, and organizational design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to multitask, manage projects independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
