Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of park development projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, operations, and procurement to align project goals.
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance throughout the construction phase.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, technical drawings, progress reports, and stakeholder updates.
- Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
- Coordinate with vendors and external consultants to ensure deliverables meet architectural and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality aligns with the Resorts World Sentosa brand promise.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within hospitality, theme parks, or large-scale construction environments.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proven track record in managing project timelines and budget reconciliation.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards in Singapore.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
