Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
- Prepare and submit monthly statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB/CP39 accurately.
- Maintain and update comprehensive employee payroll records and personnel databases.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees with professionalism and clarity.
- Generate periodic payroll reports and analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
- Stay updated with Malaysian labor laws and tax regulations to ensure company compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in payroll processing or accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
