Roadsky Traffic Safety Corporation is currently in a phase of rapid expansion and is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive / Personal Assistant to join our team in the heart of Bonifacio Global City (BGC). The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing complex schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily business affairs. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the executive team and internal departments/external clients.
- Prepare, draft, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply management, document filing systems, and meeting room preparation.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes for leadership.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professional integrity.
- Facilitate smooth communication flow across the organization to ensure timely project completion.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and corporate meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and proactive problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with high-level stakeholders.
- Experience in the traffic safety or construction industry is a plus but not required.
