About NTUC Health
NTUC Health is a leading social enterprise in Singapore, dedicated to providing quality and affordable health and eldercare services. We are driven by our mission to add life to the years of our seniors. At the Jurong Spring Nursing Home, we foster a vibrant community where our residents live with dignity, purpose, and joy.
About the Role
As an Executive, Programme and Community Partnership, you will be the driving force behind our community engagement and enrichment initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations, this role requires a unique blend of creativity, organisation, and empathy. You will design, plan, and execute engaging programmes that promote the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents, creating a seamless bridge between the nursing home and the wider Jurong East community.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
Every day presents an opportunity to create meaningful experiences. You will be the key liaison for a diverse network of volunteers, community groups, and corporate partners, ensuring their contributions are effectively integrated into our care ecosystem. From orchestrating festive celebrations to coordinating intergenerational learning programmes, your efforts will directly combat social isolation and enhance the quality of life for our seniors.
What We Offer
At NTUC Health, our people are our greatest asset. We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment, comprehensive training and development pathways, and the deep satisfaction of working for an organisation that truly values impact over profit.
