Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for large-scale real estate developments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans for complex development scenarios
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables
- Monitor project KPIs and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency
- Drive sustainability initiatives and compliance with regulatory frameworks in project execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project management within real estate/property development
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Proven track record managing complex developments with multi-million SGD budgets
- Expertise in stakeholder management across government agencies, investors, and community groups
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, BIM tools)
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
