We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Purchasing professional to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing strategy, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials to support our manufacturing and logistics operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle for raw materials, equipment, and operational supplies.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with existing and new suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends and inventory data to forecast purchasing needs accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to resolve supply chain disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or chemical industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
