As a key member of our project delivery team, you'll collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve contractual ambiguities, prepare tender documentation, and conduct value engineering analyses. The position requires proactive problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of construction methodologies to mitigate financial risks and maximize project profitability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project budgets and cost control throughout construction lifecycle
- Prepare and analyze tender documentation, bills of quantities, and contract agreements
- Conduct regular site valuations and progress payment assessments
- Perform risk assessments and implement cost-saving measures
- Manage subcontractor procurement and financial negotiations
- Maintain accurate financial records and cost reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contractual disputes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT, PAM)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) or equivalent professional qualification
- Advanced proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
