Your Impact

In this role, you will guide candidates through Google's innovative, data-driven hiring process. You will consult directly with senior executives as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, market intelligence, and compensation. You will bring deep executive search expertise to source and close world-class leaders. You will champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every hire, ensuring our teams reflect the users they serve.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for critical roles across Google Cloud, from executive sourcing and engagement to managing complex negotiations. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on the growth of one of the world's most important cloud platforms.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead full-cycle executive recruitment for Google Cloud's leadership and strategic roles across the APAC region.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive, high-caliber executive talent.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to deeply understand team dynamics, culture, and technical requirements.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the entire hiring lifecycle to build equitable teams.
  • Provide a seamless and transparent candidate experience, acting as an ambassador for the Google brand.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and pipeline data to continuously improve hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Negotiate complex compensation packages and manage closing strategies for senior hires.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters and coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in full-cycle executive recruiting, preferably in a technology or cloud computing environment.
  • Proven track record of building strong, trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud technology landscape (GCP, AWS, Azure) and the key players in the APAC market.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills in English; proficiency in an Asian language is a strong plus.
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive strategic hiring decisions and process improvements.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Passion for fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
