Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential operational, financial, and compliance-related threats.
- Maintain and update the corporate risk register, ensuring all risks are documented, evaluated, and monitored.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and track risk mitigation action plans.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports and dashboards for management review.
- Participate in internal control reviews to ensure organizational policies are adhered to.
- Provide support for business continuity planning and crisis management exercises.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or compliance roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and risk management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Professional certification (e.g., CRMA, CISA, or equivalent) is considered a strong advantage.
