Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across pharmaceutical operations, supply chain, and compliance functions
- Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks aligned with GMP, GDP, and local regulatory requirements
- Monitor emerging industry trends and regulatory changes to update risk protocols
- Prepare detailed risk reports and executive dashboards for senior management
- Coordinate internal audits and ensure corrective action implementation
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and legal teams to maintain compliance standards
- Train staff on risk management protocols and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in risk management or compliance within pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of local and international pharmaceutical regulations (MOH, MDA, WHO guidelines)
- Certification in risk management (CRM, FRM) or quality systems is advantageous
- Proficient in risk assessment methodologies and regulatory compliance tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization
