We are currently seeking a dynamic Executive - Sales & Marketing (Sales Operation) to support our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing and managing sales operations activities in strict accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI). You will act as the bridge between the sales and marketing departments, ensuring data accuracy, supporting sales strategies, and driving operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and manage sales operations activities in strict adherence to established SOPs and WIs.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports for management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales policies and procedures.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks related to sales and marketing operations.
- Ensure effective communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
