Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end research grant applications and compliance documentation for government-funded projects
- Oversee research project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to institutional and governmental regulations
- Liaise with government agencies, academic departments, and external stakeholders to facilitate research initiatives
- Develop and implement research administration policies aligned with national educational standards
- Prepare comprehensive reports on research outcomes, budgets, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with researchers to support proposal development, ethics approvals, and data management
- Monitor research budgets and ensure financial accountability for all sponsored projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, Research Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in academic research administration, preferably in government/education sectors
- Expert knowledge of Singapore's research regulations and grant application processes
- Strong proficiency in research management systems and office productivity software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with competing priorities and deadlines
- Certification in research ethics or grant management (e.g., NIH, COGR) is advantageous
