Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with confidentiality protocols.
- Manage office supplies, expenses, and reimbursement processes to ensure efficient departmental operations.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments to facilitate clear communication and project alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar office management role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, service-oriented attitude.
