Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format professional documents, presentations, and reports for executive review.
  • Coordinate board meetings, team briefings, and company events, including drafting agendas and recording minutes.
  • Maintain comprehensive digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential documents with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure the administrative environment remains productive.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or high-level administrative support role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
