Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, appointment scheduling, and meeting arrangements.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare, proofread, and format internal/external correspondence, reports, presentations, and board materials.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict record-keeping standards.
- Organize meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
- Act as a professional liaison between the executive office and department heads or external partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive secretarial or high-level administrative support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professional judgment.
- Experience in the financial sector or a corporate environment is a distinct advantage.
