Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging meetings
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives and visiting guests
- Manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, for efficient document retrieval
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other executive materials
- Coordinate office activities and events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant in a corporate or hospitality setting
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of business etiquette and professional standards in the hospitality industry
