- Manage the Unit Head’s daily calendar, appointments, and complex travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up actions.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict adherence to data privacy protocols.
- Oversee general office administration, including filing, supply management, and vendor liaison.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (Secretarial, Business Administration).
- At least 3-5 years of executive secretarial experience in a corporate or banking environment.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to handle confidential matters with absolute discretion.
