Two Offshore Marine is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary & Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Bukit Damansara. In this pivotal role, you will act as the right hand to our senior management, providing high-level administrative support while concurrently handling essential paralegal duties to ensure our operational and legal compliance standards are met.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential matters, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in streamlining executive workflows, managing complex legal documentation, and acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Draft, review, and manage corporate legal documents, contracts, and internal policies.
- Prepare comprehensive board reports, meeting minutes, and executive briefings.
- Conduct legal research to support company operations and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel on regulatory filings.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for sensitive legal and corporate records.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the executive office and department heads.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or paralegal capacity.
- Proven ability to manage legal documentation and corporate secretarial tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal document management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
