Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the Commissioner's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality of all communications and documents
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
- Coordinate and organize administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the Commissioner's office
- Act as a liaison between the Commissioner and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication
- Manage personal and professional errands, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and efficiently
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned by the Commissioner
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior management
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity
