Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Finance Department to ensure seamless workflow.
- Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Execute month-end and year-end closing processes accurately and on schedule.
- Perform bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in treasury management activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for annual statutory audits and tax filings.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Professional Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of MFRS/IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial data effectively.
- Experience in the Property Development or Construction industry is a significant advantage.
