Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial controls
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Lead and develop the finance team through mentorship and process optimization
- Manage financial transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury operations
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and executive dashboards
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and financial controls
