Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies for commercial/residential properties
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive tenant acquisition
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate tenants, agents, and stakeholders
- Prepare leasing agreements and manage contract documentation
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure cohesive property promotion
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease terms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of leasing and marketing experience in property sector
- Strong analytical skills with market research capabilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, CRM)
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities
