Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in operations finance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of healthcare industry financial regulations and practices
