Join IHH Healthcare's finance team as an Executive/Senior Executive in Payroll, where you'll ensure the seamless and accurate processing of employee compensation. This critical role involves managing end-to-end payroll operations, including monthly payroll processing, statutory compliance, and reconciliation activities. You'll be responsible for maintaining precise financial records, resolving payroll discrepancies, and implementing robust controls to guarantee data integrity. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and proactive collaboration with HR and finance departments to support organizational growth. With a focus on Singapore's regulatory frameworks, you'll contribute to maintaining IHH Healthcare's reputation as a healthcare leader while developing your expertise in global payroll systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees
- Ensure statutory compliance with CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations
- Process monthly salary payments, deductions, and adjustments
- Conduct payroll account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Prepare payroll reports for management and external audits
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of payroll processing experience in Singapore
- Proficiency in SAP HCM or Oracle Payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- ACCA or CPA certification preferred
- Proven experience with month-end closing procedures
