Are you a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor seeking a challenging opportunity in the high-profile property development sector? Genting Group is currently looking for an experienced Executive or Senior Executive to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will take charge of the financial management of our construction projects, ensuring precise cost control from pre-contract preparation through to final account settlement.
We are seeking a proactive professional with a solid background in property or township projects. You will be responsible for overseeing tendering processes, managing complex claims, and acting as the key liaison between various stakeholders. If you possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of construction economics, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee pre-contract and post-contract administration to ensure project milestones are met within budget.
- Manage the entire tendering process, including BOQ preparation, evaluation, and negotiation.
- Handle variations, claims, and disputes to minimize financial risk and ensure fairness.
- Monitor project costs against the budget and prepare monthly cost reports.
- Liaise effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare valuation certificates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property or township development projects.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction laws, FSA, and standard contract forms.
- Proficiency in QS software (e.g., PlanRanger, Bluebeam, or Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- CIMA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
