Tanggung Jawab
- Manage group financial reporting and consolidation processes for multinational operations
- Liaise with Japanese headquarters on financial matters, audits, and strategic initiatives
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across business units
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean and Japanese financial regulations
- Develop and implement financial controls and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor and develop finance team members through training and performance management
- Present financial insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ in senior roles
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
- Experience in multinational corporate environments
- Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
