- Act as a primary representative for James Cook University at recruitment events, open days, and campus tours.
- Organize and execute engaging student orientation programs and welcome activities.
- Create compelling content for social media channels to promote university events and achievements.
- Collect and analyze student feedback to provide insights that improve campus services and facilities.
- Collaborate with the student affairs team to develop and implement student-led initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to new student cohorts to ensure a smooth transition to university life.
- Maintain a professional image and uphold the values of the university at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at James Cook University.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in student organizations, clubs, or volunteer work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends and evenings when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- A genuine passion for higher education and a commitment to student advocacy.
