Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise overall supermarket operations including pricing, display, sales and promotions
- Manage inventory control systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Monitor profit margins and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in supermarket operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent understanding of inventory management and retail operations
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
